Dogs, cats and ferrets moved into a Member State, or United Kingdom (Northern Ireland), from a territory or a non-EU country listed in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 are allowed to derogate from the rabies antibody titration test:
