Food additives: EC publishes call for data on the permitted food additives phosphoric acid — phosphates — di-, tri- and polyphosphates

EC published a call to give the opportunity to business operators to submit the technical data needed to address issues identified by EFSA in the re-evaluation of the safety of phosphoric acid–phosphates – di-, tri- and polyphosphates (E 338–341, E 343, E 450–452) as food additives. The deadline for data submission is 5 March 2024.
