Food Safety at primary production: Commission publishes guidance document

From theory to practice, the Commission just published, in all EU languages, a notice aimed at helping growers (regardless of size) to address microbiological hazards in fresh fruits and vegetables during primary production (i.e. growing, harvest and post-harvest) through good agricultural and hygiene practise and in a uniform way).
