Expert group on Animal Health

About the group

The aim of this group is to:

• Advise the Commission on issues relating to animal health legislation, its implementation and policy development
• Exchange information, experience and good practice on animal health covered by EU legislation

Its tasks are:

• Assist the Commission in defining policy and preparing legislation or delegated acts
• Give expertise on implementing EU legislation, programmes and policies, on coordination with EU countries and stakeholders
