The European Commission’s new campaign, Zero Waste, More Taste!, showcases how food that would otherwise be thrown away can be transformed into delicious, waste-free meals. Featuring a recipe book with 27 creative dishes by European chefs, along with 10 quick recipe videos, the campaign helps you reduce food waste, save money, and enjoy great meals by making the most of your ingredients.
